Food pairings as follows (would pair similar to viognier): cheeses - semi-soft, cow/sheep's milk (Basque, emmentaler, gruyere) up to aged gouda (no brie or blue), no heavy vegetal or herbaceous, light fish dishes including barely seared hamachi, cobia, sea bass, cod, sole?, tilapia (not tuna, swordfish, sturgeon, salmon, monkfish, lobster, rich sauces), piccata style, scampi, clams + garlic + white wine. Overall, a nice pinot grigio with more character and depth than most, seems fairly food friendly, a great summertime wine, and would make a nice early
    course offering.
